Some of our staff or associates will cross disciplines, while others will be hired or contracted for their specialty. Much will depend on our current client list of demands and the projects or client(s) to be assigned.
We plan to deliver nothing short of our customers' wishes and expectations and so we anticipate the very same from those working with us. To be an Ascent human resources asset is to be creative, innovative, responsible, organized, hard working, a good listener, and of course a team player and manageable!
Some work directly for us - while others are contracted to deliver on certain projects, special events, or specialized project management functions. We hire or contract locally, or on a city by city basis, and will be highly dependant on the service or functional expertise and 'know how' of the position. Depending on the project, some may be called to travel...
