Costs, Terms, and Billing:

 

NAVIGATOR will direct bill for all products and services provided. Billings could be by the hour, by the contract, by retainer, or a combination. This will be determined with the client as we commit to the relationship.

The billing method, associated costs, and the terms extended will likely vary. They will be dependant on a number of factors including but not necessarily inclusive of the following:

  • The length and terms of the agreement;
  • If the project is 'one off' or ongoing;
  • The talent and skill sets employed;
  • On-call or after hours service;
  • Cost plus and overages;
  • In what geography, or if there are multiple locations;
  • The terms and conditions extended;
  • If the account is on retainer;
  • References, security, and/or credit history, etc.



 

Third Party Suppliers:

 

Where NAVIGATOR (Ascent) acts on behalf of the client with any 3rd party supplier, the client will be responsible for any services, supplies, products or anything else provided or delivered to them.

If NAVIGATOR or one of its representatives should agree to pre-pay for products or services delivered, the client agrees to reimburse it from the point we act on their behalf.

As is industry practice; in an effort to off-set some charges from NAVIAGTOR to the client, we may take a commission from suppliers or may mark up goods or services on a pro-rated basis.

NAVIGATOR will not be liable for any losses which a client may suffer through the actions of any 3rd party except where provided by law.


 

Service and product agreements:

 

 

 

Service contracts when necessary, will generally depend on a combination of the respective client and our need. In most cases, an understanding of the work involved along with an estimate as to the associated costs of the services and products to be delivered, will be all that is required.
